BEACH BODY

I FINALLY started the Brazil butt lift today! I'm starting off by doing the 6-Day Supermodel Slimdown Plan (though I'm not really going to follow diet plan- but trust me, I'll eat healthy!) and today's workout included the Basics & Cardio Axe routines. The Basics was, well, the basics; Cardio Axe, however, was pretty much a huge dance party. Moves like "Rock 'n Roll", "Samba", and "Touch Step" kept me having fun and, most importantly, sweating! Hopefully the next six days are slimming as the pamphlet claims they are!
